In the Mortal Gods setting Phatis is a shade from the Underworld (or Hades, as it is more commonly known) summoned by the creators, and I am now cursed to act as your guide through the rulebook.

The miniature here represents him in his prime as a Promachos fighting for his home city of Athens.
