Footsore Gangs of Rome Marcus the Orator

As the mouthpiece of the Senate, Marcus is responsible for the dissemination of the Senate’s proclamations and he shouts them for all to hear. His voice is unmistakable to the mob of Rome, and his word is taken as gospel. Ill omens await those who invoke his wrath.
